Prepare information with the expectation that it will either be read online or printed.
Prepare documents so that they can be read online or printed. Online documents can be read anywhere and at any time. However, users prefer to print documents that are five or more pages long, can be read at a later time, support presentations or research, or contain complex information requiring notes or highlighting.
